What have some of his "stalking techniques" been, as I am still learning what types of "games", these erudite, mature and scholarly gentlemen pursue in their spare time? Klempner's bag is crank calling men's wives and places of employment.....what a disturbed individual Klempner is. This type of socially unacceptable behavior could be defined as "antisocial behavior".....I wonder if Klempner/Bear has ever undergone therapy/counseling for this type of behavioral excess? Crank calling men's wives is indicative of maladaptive behavior, and could be an indicator of ASPD. A man in his 70's, who is crank calling other men's wives, is displaying a "strong" antisocial personality trait..

One of Gollum's latest tricks is hacking people's private Facebook pages and stealing photos and docs. If you check the latest Dolphin complaint you will see that very activity alleged there.

Also, check the BUSTED! thread and you will see examples of him bragging about photos he obtained in similar fashion from Dixie and Robert Ray. And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

I'm sure if you read the other threads in this forum you will find a great many examples of his violent death threats and similar antisocial conduct.

I find it particularly interesting that the turds don't confine their illicit activities to people with some actual diploma mill connection. The person who I believe is the guy whose wife they were stalking, has a legitimate doctorate and has no diploma mill connections, yet because he continuously gets the better of them in online discussions they feel the deviant urge to harass and threaten him and his family.

You are correct, bigfoot, the klones are unquestionably mental cases in need of either copious medication or incarceration for the protection of normal society.

It's a tribute to the civility of their victims that they only have been sued multiple times. In the past one of the posters here suggested "softball practice," and frankly I'm amazed that or worse hasn't happened yet.

On April 30, 2012, a scheduling conference was held, setting the time frame for discovery, motions and pre-trial conference.

On May 1, 2012, Judge Klausner issued an order for jury trial, scheduling trial for January 22, 2013.

If Judge Klausner was planning to blow out the case he might have saved himself a little work by doing so before the scheduling conference. Could it be he wants to see how the scumbag Gollin's ass-scratching, nose-picking and armpit-sniffing act plays in front of a jury of Dr. Dolphin's peers?

Win or lose, at what point does the U of I say "enough" to Gollin? I realize that yet another $58,000 in attorney fees is a drop in the bucket compared to the billions they waste through nepotism and corruption. Likewise spending over $100,000 on a prof who "teaches" one discussion session a semester is pretty much par for the course at a government diploma mill like UIUC.

But at some point somebody in charge has got to be wondering WTF is going on. Why is this Gollin guy getting sued over and over again for everything from defamation to extortion to hacking to civil rights violations? Especially when prescient Robin Kaler tried to prevent this very thing years ago by forcing Gollin to dump his defamatory website. She saw this rolling down Kirby Avenue back in 2003.

As expected, Judge Klausner granted the U of Illness and Gollum's motion to dismiss, again on jurisdictional grounds.

Gollin has dodged a bullet again, getting off on a technicality. He no doubt will once again try to spin this as prevailing on the merits, which it most definitely is not.

Note to future plaintiffs: as incredible as it may seem, remember that Gollin claims to be acting on behalf of the Illinois government when he stalks, defames, hacks and violates your civil rights all over the internet and elsewhere. The Illinois government has confirmed this by defending him in these actions and alleging that he is indeed a government agent. This means you must file a claim against the State of Illinois first before you sue his stupid ass.

Of course they will deny the claim automatically. If you then file your complaint in any court other than one in Illinois they will move to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, even though Gollin is committing his reprehensible acts against innocent people all over the world.

But that is how the game is played. The legal system is not designed to make it easy for little guys to beat assholes with unlimited taxpayer funding.

Dolphin seems like a sincere guy. It's a shame he can't get more traction with this case. You would think there might be a political angle that he could play to get some competent pro bono legal help.

Dr. Dolphin has a great case, if he can get someone to hear it. The NY "wall of shame" case seems right on point with this situation.

It looks like a lot of people other than just Dolphin and his students have been victimized by Gollum's odious activities. Would be nice to see them all lawyer up.
