Why are y'all intimidated?

Over at DD (Dumb Down) they gang seems to be intimidated by Breen. He does seem to have quite an amusing effect on them, but for the life of me I can't figure out why...

Is it true what I hear that millists, shills, their paid agents and defenders appear to be adopting gestapo tactics to try to intimidate mill-hunters, silence shill-houndrs, and harangue anti-diploma-mills-but-sincere-and-outraged (mostly) DL learners?

I'm not sure about equating it with the tactics of the Gestapo, but there does seem to be an air of intimidation in the droppings BRB leaves on this forum. As its owner, I'm unsure why Gus tolerates it.

Hasn't Gollin impersonated a government official? He's not scared. Maybe he should be. Maybe Gollin is scheduled to testify in the Randock case. If he's made it too personal the defence would want to know.

I don't know why anyone should be intimidated. If everything they say is absolutely true and they are acting without malice there is no problem.

From degreediscussion:

""I don’t know if the jury will really see any of our posts. If they do see any them, I will do my best to make sure they see all of them. When Mr. Breen requests written permission to use the material posted on this forum (as he should, being that it is copyrighted, with all rights reserved) I will insist that the material can only be used if presented in its entirety. An entire thread (including posts such as this one) will have to be presented to the jury without any editing. I can’t see how that will help the defense’s case."""

Yes it has been confirmed. Sainz is nuts.

I am sure that the judge is going to request permission to use copywritten material in court. I don't think so.

By claiming copywrite, isn't Sainz accepting the risks involved with the ownership of the material? So the forum has ceased to be the opinions of the posters and the property of the dickhead himself.

I love the way, the insignificant gentleman has it all under control. Enjoy Idaho butthead, it's amongst the ugliest places on earth. Or maybe the judge will come and visit you personally.

Maybe he might want to consider that, with the time he has spent in court and the lawsuits he has lost, his credibility is at low ebb.

Any person living in the United States can claim the right to copyright something, but that is about all it would ever be, a claim. People quote from there DD/DI, here and everywhere as they wish. Gus, as usual, is just bullshitting everyone. He is trying to keep people from repeating their garbage and saying it is garbage. If he wants to stop people from using material from his web site he would have to show that it is in some way unique and of value. And that other people using it would be detrimental in some way to him. What they are doing is gossiping at a discussion forum, nothing more. Copyright material, nonsense!!

In New Zealand individuals may use any printed material for educational purposes, as long as that material in cited. I'm sure the same would apply elsewhere and Gus should be pleased that people wish to cite his 'educational' material; after all he is a "DL Expert"!

I fear it would be difficult to use anything Gus says as being of value for educational purposes. A more appropriate use might be as fertilize, if you can stand the smell.

Copyrighted materials may be use without permission as long as the source is mentioned and quoted word for word. And it is 'copyright" not "copywrite."
