Perhaps Little Fart doesn't understand that almost everyone that posts here were prolific posters at DI or DD until nothing more than opinions got us banned. Now with all the strange people over there, if I did post, I would need a shower afterward.

Did you notice that Little Fart really wasn't outed? Only his personna was. There's a bit more compassion here than DI/DD.

When people move to another state to practice, they often resign bar membership in the old state rather than paying out the nose to keep a unused bar membership up. I sat for the bar, moved immediately to another state, and let membership in AZ lapse after the dues ran out the first year, I've kept membership in the next state, state B. And of course I still have it. No one forced me to resign, you could contact the AZ bar by email and find this out in 10 minutes. Heck, you probably know it already, you probably have a scanned copy of the paperwork on your computer.

Ultimately, I don't care whether someone posts the truth about me. I'm not interesting. I'm not a legal scholar and I've never claimed to be anything other than a small-town guy in timbuktu. But when you do this stuff, say "forced" when it had zilch to do with that, it's libel. That's something I do care about. Make fun of me all you want, but don't lie about me. I haven't gone by "Robin" in 20 years, have no idea where you even found that.

And leave the wife and kids out of this, that's my other objection. If you hate someone at DD, hate away, no one's perfect--including me--and we probably all deserve hate from time to time. But my wife and kids, George's wife and kids, anyone's wife and kids, have nothing to do it.

Ditto above.  It is true, D00bie, that I was "forced" by not having the spare funds to waste on an unused second bar membership; but I still think it's an over-lawyered argument on your part.  The only good it would have done was the prestige of dual licensing.  That's the sort of thing that Big Law guys put on their law firm website bios and the firm pays for the membership as a perk to their $250K+ salary.  That ain't me.  Even though I'm by nature vain, I'm not flush with money, and I don't have much of it to waste on vanity.  I pay my family's bills and feed a slew of kids primarily on one income.  What more would anyone want from me?  Why do I even have to defend myself here?  Sheesh!

All right, Fauss, let's calm down a bit. You don't have to spend all your time on this thread or even in this section of the Hall of Shame. You could participate in bashing Bear, Gollin, Elmer, Bomber Douglas, Chip, Janko, Chip, dickless Dave Hayden, Gus Sainz (my personal favorite), Bill Huffman, Foerster, Levicoff and any of about 20 others.

Ham is exactly right. Exposing a Fire Chief for having an Almeda degree when the degree was not required for the job and said person did not get the job because of the degree is simply exposing someone because they do not like their degree. Diploma and thought fascism. Heck, I don't like his degree either but that doesn't make him an incompetent Fire Chief and 110 day wonders are no more competent to make that judgement either. Scanning the internet for degrees that the cartel does not like is harmful and wrong. Nosey. And Meddling in other people's business.  Yet when the internet is scanned back at them and their dirty secrets are revealed suddenly Ozzie and Harriet have quite a few skeletons in their own closet but for some reason the cartel are the only ones allowed to throw bones.
