Tension Between Janko and Little Fauss?

We already know those too, Robin, as well as your home address and phone number.

What we really want to know is your version of why you were forced to resign from the AZ bar.

Fine, my name is not Robin. However, I was a member of the Arizona bar, which anyone reading DD or DI could easily discern. What you just committed was libel, you know, and unless you remove the word "forced", you will be in potential danger of litigation. And that's the truth, pun intended.

Arizona Rev. Stat. Rule 32(10). Resignation. Members in good standing who wish to resign from membership in the state bar may do so, and such resignation shall become effective when filed in the office of the state bar, accepted by the board, and approved by this court. After the resignation isapproved by this court, such member shall be known as a "resigned member in good standing."

Please, for your own sake, do not continue perpetuating a libelous accusation. I say this in good humor, it won't stay that way indefinitely.

Now that we've dealt with that, Dickie, I want to ask you an honest question: are you proud of yourself for the work you've done? Do you think there's a functional difference between outing one only with whom you disagree and outing one who is breaking the law? Do you think it's fair to harass or to smear family members as I've seen on this site? Is that really the hill upon which you and your vario9us pwersonas here wish to die upon?

First a lie, Robin, then a baseless threat.  Maybe you really are a lawyer.

I didn't say your first name was Robin, Robin.  Now let's see the Bill Clinton dance around the truth as you try to explain how your "name" only includes your first name.  Just because Stephanie doesn't call you Robin doesn't mean that isn't part of your name.

The twisting in the stomach, the dripping under the armpits, the utter collapse at the end. And then, a month or so later, that letter arrives with the "State Board of Law Examiners" in the upper left corner, and I was back at the principal's office again. I passed just fine, but then the real trouble. I had to find a job!

Oh yeah, I'm sure you went through all that to get admitted and then just gave it up for no good reason.  Either you are a complete idiot (which seems to be the likeliest answer so far) or something or someone forced you to give it up.  What kind of a retard are you anyway?  How did you pass the bar if you can't understand simple English?  Instead of an answer you make a weak, groundless threat.  Sue away, Robin, you great Kansas windbag.

Quote:Regarding Mr. Bear, so far as I know, he's a person with some integrity,

since I was the one in need of learning how to avoid fallacies, it is the Nth time you loathe what you call milled degrees as " fraud upon the public with sham degrees " etc.
Now...
Care to express a judgment about what L.I.A.R, Millard Fillmore, I.I.A.S, Columbia Pacific, Greenwich, Fairfax... were?

Quote:At bottom the point is not whether Des Elms did this or that ugly thing in the past; it's not about whether Janko "bombed" a doctoral program; as detestable as Chip's activities were, it's not even about how he made money (though that was enough to drive many away from DI so that there'd be a DD); it's not about Gus being a crummy businessman; and it's not even about whether or not John Bear was once a participant in a mill (so long as that's a thing in the past).

The past might be yesterday Einstein...but you'd better not care, if you want to stay friends, eh?
So we've news here: some people's past (=questionable degrees or activities ) is a federal crime etc etc etc... someone else's past is ok "so long as that's a thing in the past"...
Hint: This post is in my past & I just wrote it...

So the great DI/DD "legal scholar" turns out not only to be "resigned" from the bar but is plonking away at a JC literally in the middle of effing nowhere.

And down wind from an army munitions plant at that.  I think that depleted uranium wasn't quite as depleted as they thought.  Maybe Gollum can float him some extra neutrinos to minimize the drain bramage.

Here's somebody else who "resigned" from the bar in good standing: Clinton Resigns From Supreme Court Bar

Absolutely nothing to do with this case.

I had a lawyer friend who was playing with funds in his trust account - short-term loans. He was not disciplined because he resigned bar membership.

I had an accountant friend who helped himself to funds from a non-profit organization where he was treasurer. He voluntarily gave up his CPA before he was disciplined. He still has to talk to a judge.

Is there a lesson here? I need better quality friends.

Looks like Little Fu-ass went slinking back to DD like a whipped cur so Janko could lick his...wounds.

Funny how the great self-proclaimed "mill busters" squeal the loudest when the light gets shined on them and their own dubious character is revealed.

Any other DD cockroaches out there ready to play "Truth or Consequences"?

Now, now, let's give the guy some credit.

He did finish his (juris) doctoral program, unlike, say, Janko.

And he does have a (more or less) real job in academia, unlike, say, Janko.

And he has a handful of kids, so he obviously prefers to have sex with members of the opposite gender, unlike, say....Big Grin

Much as I don't exactly care about "outing" people, I do believe in fairness.
Even Job Blobb from parts unknown and Muffy Wank from the third sidewalk are entitled to their opinion...opinions are like a**holes: everybody got one and they damn stink.
however
it isn't fair that some people, besides having an opinion -however strong- dare to sit in judgment and invoke the thunder of "morals", god or the tooth fairy's wrath upon people with whom they happen to disagree.
One has to be pretty damn 110% squeaky clean to do that.
I personally am not interested in milled or dodgy degrees, although I said that I might consider buying one if that meant money in my field (no point in buying a car mechanic degree if I can't live up to its supposed standards ).
I don't invoke the thunder of justice upon anybody...maybe they are "misguided but well-meaning"...maybe scoundrels wanting to pull a fast one...I take it as another "novelty ID" item...does one really lay hot women on the ground of his $19.99 "Photographer" or "Karate black belt" ID?
Good for him, if he can do so...

Truth is that those crusaders for god, law, apple pie and morality are often of a thinner moral fiber that their demeanor commands, or their personal circumstances are less than adamant.
Why would they -then- try rattling someone else's skeletons in the closet when they know their closet is packed as well?
When they are served their own medicine, they cry foul and threaten legal action...just like the most gullible buyer of ebay degrees.

Other people -who maybe bought a milled degree five or ten years ago - are "criminals"...after all, a homicidal maniac is a criminal even if his exploits went unnoticed for decades, right?
When they are offered a taste of their own medicine, suddenly they found lord Jeetz and it's alright "so long as that's a thing in the past".
Sure, there are people who mill degrees hoping to get rich quick, because someone already invented herbal viagra and "secret forex trading schemes of the wealthy'n'famous"...another "honest Joe" selling used cars.
When heat grows closer, relentless criminals and scheming conspirators (=millists) might -just might- downgrade to "participant in a mill"...as if they were poor Leroy who takes out the garbage and mows the lawn...
Hmmm
