If I remember the story correctly, Levicoff is a Jew who got butt-raped at a black Christian church, and then (for that or some other reason) decided to start calling himself a Christian.
Obviously he has a grudge against Christians and has done his best to undermine and destroy private Christian education. He is just one of a number of socialists who want the government to control all higher education, just as they want them to control e.g., the auto industry, the health care industry, the insurance industry, the banking industry, etc.
The fact is this guy is topical to distance learning only because he is such a complete fucking joke. He got college course credit at TESC for being a homo. Is there really anything more ludicrous? This kind of ridiculous crap has done more to marginalize true distance learning than to help it. I'm sure he'd be in the Hall of Shame here if he wasn't so completely irrelevant.
