That is just Gollin responding to being called "openly gay" at Wikipedia.  He blames RRH every time somebody busts on him, apparently because he can't imagine more than one person on the planet thinks he's an asshole.

This shows just how petty and personal Gollin's "research" really is.  It's his way of getting even with the people he imagines are responsible for his personal problems.  Too bad he doesn't look in the mirror and find the real culprit.

I don't think that Gollin was too happy with Robert Ray Hill over the emails the latter sent to the Univ. of Illinois administrators complaining about the former's misuse of his school-provided website. Gollin probably didn't appreciate having to provide an explanation to the administration about his activities and about his relationship with RRH.

Gollin and Robert Ray Hill are simply too much, just way too over the top to be taken seriously but do provide an interesting diversion at times. Gollin, a haughty, arrogant, pompous and condescending academic and Ray Hill, a goober from Kentucky peddling bogus degrees, are polar opposites whose intense dislike for each other is expressed publicly by both parties. The barbs they trade back and forth can be quite funny in limited doses.

Separately, though, there is nothing remotely humorous about either. Gollin is a complete bore and repeats the same crap over and over. Hill is just your run of the mill shill for a series of phony international schools. His ramblings are utter nonsense.
