Libya

We hear everyday about an update, or a new event in the distance learning, or e-learning society, but in Libya its another story.

For example, I wasn't able to get my degree in IT&IS Management until I left the country, although it is called distance learning, it does not reach Libya. There is not even a single educational institution that provides its services to prospective students within the Libyan borders, just one question on my mind: Why?

I hope my question finds its answer someday!

I'm not a coward so here it goes. For about 30 years Libya sponsored terrorist acts in other countries and protected terrorists. The citizens of most countries were prohibited from trading with Libya. Is this a secret in Libya?

So then Dayson pipes up and says that he can't believe other countries wouldn't allow Libyans to takes courses. What hole have you been hiding in for the last 30 years? Now that Libya is off the shite list things may change.

the nonsense is the prohibition of selling to people IN Lybia, yet allowing Libyans to roam free OUTSIDE OF Lybia...maybe in your neighborhood.
And Gheddafi was an abominable tyrant who sponsored terrorism...now that someone thinks he may be useful, he no longer associates with foaming Muslims but he's all Franciscan piety and Bill Graham's sermons...
Boy oh boy...does 1980s WWF Wrestling REALLY represent American foreign policies...
