I attached Elmer's "qualification brief" which I guess is somewhat like a hybrid of a resume and a CV. I did notice that he left off the part about his expertise on Asian prostitution.

Reading that reminds me of the line in that old movie "Lenny" with Dustin Hoffman. The expert is testifying about his expertise:

Expert: l've taught at Boston University
for three years,

Northwestern University for two years,

then UCLA for three years more,

and l am now at Berkeley.

Lenny: This poor schmuck can't hold a job.

Elmer seems to think he's an expert at.......damn near everything that passes before his consciousness. Yet he rarely seems to spend more than year or two getting paid to do it. Probably gets hired in December, fired in January and puts it on his resume as two years.
