Why don't they fine employers an amount equal to the wages paid to illegal immigrants and send repeat offenders to jail. If an employment file doesn't have copies of sufficient ID to prove their employees' status as US born or legally resident they are guilty. Enforce initially with civil penalties. If they conspire to procure false ID for employees - big time jail.
Unfortunatley the government seems to support or at least tolerate employers in their quest to drive down the wages of the lowest classes of Americans with unrestrained illegal immigration.
