Considering that AC has been adjudged a civil rights violator, doesn't the State of Oregon have a duty to warn everyone he comes into contact with about his known dangerous propensities?
I think ODA should be required to put a disclaimer on all their public documents, and Contreras should have to put it on his business cards.
