And let's not forget that Bear mislabeled some schools as good or bad. He was also a faculty member at MIGS. He operated two degree mills, even taking money from one after he sold it and the new owner started running it as a much more serious business. The new owner gave Bear $30 for each diploma he sold. Bear has sampled the water from all the wells, both dirty and clean. His history as he tells it lacks, shall we say, a full measure of color.
