Unfortunately he signed that ridiculous bill, along with a number of others. Now they have created another ineffective, top-heavy bureaucracy that is supposed to "help" all the poor, naive and innocent students, all the while ignoring the biggest offenders, the exploitative clique of the wealthy, entrenched RA mob.
Do Californians feel safer knowing that some barber college is now going to have to ante up to pay for this farce, while the likes of Hecht and his RA travesty go merrily on their way?
It would not be the first time Arnold got suckered into something stupid. He is a better Governor than Gray Davis, but that is not saying all that much.
