Resentment and loathing of Levicoff seems to be a good starting point. I can't say that I blame him, though. Ted is a pretty good guy that has always tried to be helpful by providing links but usually ends up getting sand kicked in his face by one of the bullies. I once suggested that he would make a productive member at DL Truth but he didn't want to make the move for fear of pissing "Sensei" Abner off.
