Now, thanks to the efforts of another socilist fuckwit, George Loots-Gollin, citizens of Liberia have been denied the same access to education.  The Liberian National Commission on Higher Education has closed "all unknown and known distance learning/online universities" operating in Liberia.

Those were diploma mills. They provide paper documents, not education. You know that, don't you? You are letting your personal problems get in the way of your judgment.

"Virtual University" is a mill. So is "James Monroe University," etc. etc.
