"More of the same"???? Same what? Criminal conduct? So is George Gollin stating that Dixie Randock is committing a crime? Sure reads that way to me.
Is Dixie Randock committing a crime by telling fortunes? None that is apparent from the story.
Looks like a false accusation of criminal conduct to me--defamation per se most places.
Was Dixie given due process before George Gollin, as part of his community service to the State of Illinois, declared Dixie guilty of criminal conduct? If not, looks like a state actor violating Dixie's constitutional rights. See the famous "wall of shame" case.
George Gollin better put his employer's liability insurance carrier on notice (again). There's at least two causes of action in one short sentence. Add in his stalking and somebody's going to need another sabbatical for all the time he'll be spending at the court house.
