Well they are a lot like the Jewish gangsters who controlled the New York liquor trade during the prohibition. Like them they ran a tight opposition, wacking anyone who got in their way.

Of course they never killed anyone but they did strong arm and bully people. If I am not mistaken Gollin actually stalked people he opposed and posed as a law officer. I just don't understand why he is not in prison.
