No, Bear would eat a can of worms before he would offer any refunds based on his previous statements. He seems to be saying he's right no matter what he says or when he said it.
MIGS- Now here we have a perfect example of his double talk. It was good as long as MIGS would benefit Rich D. and seemed to be offering Bear some level of income. But where do we see the apology for his statements that caused people to get involved with MIGS and other such Bear efforts? He hangs you out to dry and then blames you for listening to the so called expert.
There is a story about a man who sold tapeworms as a way of losing weight. In a few months he would come back and sell you a cure for tapeworms. As I recall he got tar dumped on him and run out of town on a rail. A journey fit for the good Bear. Splinters and all.
