Isn't working up to my expectations? No, I would compare it to an improperly calibrated gasoline pump. It is a material misrepresentation and once the responsible party has been notified, failure to remedy or post a disclaimer is borderline fraud. The intent may not be to deceive but that is its net effect.
This site is about the TRUTH in the DL universe ... and unfortunately it can sometimes get ugly but it's nothing personal.
