Notice he's not denying he sent letters to try to screw SRU grads. He's just denying he wrote this particular letter. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if there are some real examples of his treachery in circulation out there.

UK has very different defamation laws than the US. If anyone could get jurisdiction over Gollin or U of I over there it could be a very interesting result.
There have been a lot of rumors of lawsuits over the past seven years, but so far only Dr. Dolphin has stepped up to the plate (and thereby provide a good example of what not to do).? Gollin got lucky once and dodged a bullet. Now he thinks he's "bulletproof"? Who will prove him wrong?
