Teachout info now posted at the CCNH website. Still no word yet on transfers, which are supposedly in the wind as well.

As recently announced we are beginning a teach-out program so that we can work with as many of you as possible to complete your terms or programs, or to help provide you with transfer information. Students eligible for teach-out fall into the following categories:
I. Students in the College’s “Term” Model of Enrollment
These are students who enrolled on April 28, 2009 or later, and are currently in a term which they have not yet completed. We anticipate being able to teach-out all students who are in open terms.
Regarding finances, if you have a balance due for your current term, payment of that balance will be required at the end of your term. Verification of course completion will be available in your “My CCNH” account. Unofficial transcripts may also be obtained at this location.
If you are a program student and wish to be taught out, please download and complete the “CCNH Student Teach-Out Form” and mail it to:

After submitting your completed teach-out form, please feel free to begin submitting work (don’t hesitate to submit coursework with your Teach-Out Form), also to the post office box referenced above, immediately.
The deadline for submission of coursework for term students is November 30, 2010.
II. Students in the “Annual Enrollment Program (AEP)” Model of Enrollment
These are also students who enrolled on April 28, 2009 or later, and are currently in a term which they have not yet completed. We anticipate being able to teach-out all AEP students who are in open terms.
If you have enrolled in, and have paid for courses in terms that will follow your current, open term, we will be able to teach you out proportionate to what you have already paid for your coursework. Here are some examples of how this will work:
a) Following the completion of your current term, if you have two more courses as part of your AEP, and you have already paid for those courses in full, we will teach-out both of those courses;
b) Following the completion of your current term, if you have two more courses as part of your AEP, and you have paid for 50% of those courses, we will teach-out one of those courses;
c) Following the completion of your current term, if you have two or more courses as part of your AEP, and you have made no payments toward those courses, you will not be eligible for teach-out, and we invite you to review transfer information which will be posted on the “CCNH Information Clearinghouse” sometime soon.

III. Students in the College’s “Program” Model of Enrollment
These are students who enrolled in a program on or before April 27, 2009 and are eligible to continue their studies in the teach-out plan. The time frame for this teach-out is limited, with a January 31, 2011 deadline for submission of coursework (not including PhD dissertations).
Students who are able to complete their degree program through this coursework will be graduated and will receive a diploma, provided that no balance is due on your account. If you have a balance due for your program, payment of that balance must be made before graduation can be finalized. Students with a balance due will be billed, in one lump sum, at the end of their program. We ask that you not make payments over the course of your teach-out.

Study guides will be available only through PDF documents, and students will be required to procure their own textbooks (through sources such as Amazon.com). Consultation on coursework or other academic issues will be extremely limited.
