Neither does the Department of Education. After discussing such quality issues for several hundred years everyone just seems blue in the face.
However, I've always maintained that DETC schools are much higher quality than Regionally Accredited shitholes like Excelsior who sell advanced degrees to people based on an easy 120 question test. Can you find a DETC school as shady as that? I can't.
