Unfortunately Part 3 of the first amended complaint was too big to attach, but it was just exhibits. It's available for download on the PACER website. The good stuff is in Part 2.
The irony here is that George Gollin's facade of masking his wreckless behavour was the always exaggerated claims of all the fake MD's out there and he is out to save us all from those fake MD's. Funny how this instance really bit him on the ass.
