You are correct sir! The complaint alleges the $120 million judgment was obtained in Liberia, not Ghana as the poster stated.
The complaint discusses quite a bit of activity back and forth between Ghana and Liberia, such as Dr. Dolphin's in-laws from Ghana being arrested in Monrovia while on SLSOM business, requiring intervention by the Ambassador from the Ghana embassy to obtain their release.
Nice to see that many people are reading the complaint carefully. It looks like the downloads from this site are now at 183. Hopefully the law enforcement agencies that are downloading it are reading it carefully too, even if George Gollin wishes they would not.
