I'm no lawyer, but if the stuff alleged in the Complaint about Gollum is true, isn't that also criminal conduct? Shouldn't George Gollin be facing a criminal indictment for his role in this shakedown operation?
What is he going to say when some attorney general or federal prosecutor comes knocking on his door? "I'm a really smart physics PhD, and the world's foremost authority on accreditation. But I am so fresh and innocent and naive that I had no idea it was a shakedown."
