Here are some top secret, previously unavailable excerpts from that very book, handed to me at a meeting for important people by a complete stranger who told me he was a British professor:
Lesson One: Before you proclaim a school to be a "diploma mill" first check to see if it's accredited.
Lesson Two: If it's a school in a foreign country, first make sure you understand that country's accreditation system.
Lesson Three: If someone hands you a "top secret government list" chances are it is neither government nor top secret. If it really was "top secret" why would anyone be handing it to you?
Lesson Four: Verify content of "top secret government lists" before you post, or you will look like the stupid ass you are.
Lesson Five: If you need 15 people to help you write your doctoral dissertation, you might need help with everything else you do too.
Lesson Six: If you are bored with your unfulfilling deadend job and want to make a switch, try to learn a little something about your new field before you start proclaiming yourself to be an expert in it.
