A fine description of Gollum.  The sad thing is he is just one of many such lurking in the hallways of college campuses throughout the nation.  

Families hock their futures so their kids can go to college, where they find themselves rubbing elbows with scumbags like Gollum, who in any other context you wouldn't spit on if he was on fire.
