They didn't mention the program they had setup for the Military, and the awarding of credits for anything from basic boot camp to advanced training. Several of the men thought it was an approved program, as some of the officers had checked it out, and were informed it was a legit, Liberian government approved program. I remember they awarded something like 30 credits for basic training, then additional credits for rank, special training, prior college, various other training and technical schools. No one has mentioned that some were just totally deceived by the program. This George Gollin is on a witch hunt, and from what I hear, he is out to make a name for himself and has mentioned he doesn't care who suffers from it.
