He wants people to believe that his 16-person collaborative PhD from the Dumbass Factory earns him credibility.
But he also wants us to believe he was just oblivious to Tailpipe Chip the pedo-porn peddler, or his UIUC colleague molesting the mass murderer, or his lesbian daughter's filthy blogs, or his wife's illegal pork peddling, or Liberty actually having RA accreditation since 1980.
If he is as smart as he wants us to think he is then it defies credibility that he just made a "mistake" about Liberty's accreditation when it was so easily verifiable.
On the other hand, if he is the complete bumbling fool he appears to be in every other facet of his life, there is no reason to take him seriously when he makes his grand pronouncements about unaccredited schools.
