Let me rephrase again: if one asks to "make your income public", does he mean that:
1 you post it here for everybody to see

Anyone and everyone can "see" it the same way any dissertation from an accredited university can be "seen."

2 they write your uncle with $50 and he'll send a letter back?

I have no uncles. But in any case, no.

I mainly objected because yours is a recent thesis and the excuses that held water with old ones no longer do; that's all.
Whatever floats your boat, though.

"Recent" is a relative term. It was published in 2003. No excuses. It is as available as any other doctoral dissertation.
