I suspect the BBC reporters never bothered to find out that many fully legitimate religious schools operate without any government approval whatsoever and American courts have consistently held that governments shall not make laws concerning the sufficiency of religious education. Not being a Constitutional expert by any means I would suspect that the USDOE approval of ATS, TRACS, ABHE, etc. would be illegal under the 1st Amendment - Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion.... This amendment has been carried to ridiculous lengths never intended but the USDOE regularly makes decisions by selectively accrediting (establishing) some religious schools with the net result being the apparent public humiliation of schools like Trinity. By granting illegal government approval to some schools the USDOE is leading the charge against the free exercise of religion by others.
In Geat Britain you can't pee without getting a license and paying a tax, a legacy of Labour rule. They have an established religion which is essentially part and parcel with the government. So we have a combo of Bear leading a crusade and some ignorant BBC reporters attacking a legitimate school that has educated thousands of active preachers who considered Bear's laughing stock as the legitimate and rigorous education institution that it is.
I would love to see Trinity sue in Welsh or English courts. In the examination for discovery might we find that Bear initiated the attack? That would be interesting. There is also no such thing as proving absence of malice in your malice.
