You see when they like something it isn't even required to be legal. But as we know both Texas and Florida (both) decided that MIGS had to be licensed and both said -- NO. MIGS never operated legally in the United States, AND, Bear was a faculty member and Douglas was an employee / student.
Bear and Douglas were both involved with an illegally operating school ---MIGS.
