Janko's ignorant POV is typical of the knee-jerk socialist reaction to anything involving freedom loving people caught in the clutches of deviant statists.  It's the opposite of Chris Rock's "If it's white, it's all right!"  In Janko's brain addled world, if black people are doing it and white people don't like it, it's because the white people are racist and the black people are innocent victims of soicumstance.  Bullshit.  The African marxists are trying to destroy the free-market economy, just like the US marxists are trying to do here right now.  Take race out of the equation and the picture becomes clear to anyone who isn't already a dim witted socialist eunuch like Janko.

And let's not pretend that because the topic is nominally education that this is not fundamentally an economic issue. Look at the billion dollar endowments of many American universities, and the accreditation cartel that protects them. When it comes to redistribution of wealth, the corrupt marxists look at higher education as a cash cow to usurp for their own deviant purposes.
