Why would any normal person give a damn what Chip thinks about any subject? He is a queer who wants your money and will do and say anything necessary to get it.
If people can't find a better healthcare advisor, a better education advisor, a better morality advisor, than Chip, guess what? it's time to give up, roll over and just plain die, and be done with it, because Chip can't solve his own problems, let alone yours. You can't be led by the blind nor helped by the crooked and warped.
What do you expect. Bear couldn't say he was hiring Thomas Chip White for his child predator abilities.
