How much time? It's been more than 5 years.
I'd be surprised if Union isn't forced to take a look at it within the next year or so...all it takes is a slow news day...RD's public comments certainly aren't helping his eventual situation ("I have an Education doctorate", etc.). If his job he was hired at required it - then he might seriously want to start preparing to change employers - before he's forced to.
