George Gollin (George D. Gollin, George Dana Gollin) fits the bill.
Plus, his family hates Catholics too, calls them "filthy papists." He's happy to see Catholics getting screwed over anywhere in the world.
So why aren't these Catholic schools all being prosecuted by the feds? Just because an African country pulled their accreditation out from under them, they didn't let that stop them from going after SRU. If there's a socialist government anywhere in the world doing something hypocritical and inequitable, Gollin wants to be head cheerleader.

Two reason's:
1) George Gollin (George D. Gollin, George Dana Gollin) is the laughing stock of the US Secret Service after his royal sctew up with SRU.
2) George Gollin (George D. Gollin, George Dana Gollin) professes to be good at connecting the dots and thinks Bruce Tait, the horse cop who was suspended, owns "Blacksmith University [Awka, Anambra State]" and we all know George Gollin (George D. Gollin, George Dana Gollin) kisses the asses of all the
