Diabetes?  Can you get diabetes by taking it up the backside?  Asking for a friend.

Diabetes is not an STD, but as noted above, people with HIV are much more likely to develop diabetes. It’s another one of those pervert dichotomies, like how all homos aren’t child molesters, but most child molesters are homos.
