Maybe he could do a 30 credit portfolio in financial management and get another TESC degree. Didn't Douglas get something like 12 degrees from Regents in like 18 months?

That 60.5% required score is awful high, especially for someone who hadn't already completed a rigorous Union Institute program... TESC, Excelsior, Union, the PMP designation ... it all sounds like a lot of bullshit to me. I would imagine that prospective employers see it the same way.

Never underestimate the power of alphabet soup. People who don't know better seem to put a lot of store in such things.
