The comments by the locals are interesting. Looks like NCU treated the PV taxpayers the same way they treat their students, screwing them up one side and down the other. Wonder what city is next on their sucker list?

Ever since the leadership change, the college has slowly migrated from something local that drove jobs and the local economy to Scottsdale, now California. Imagine this will be the last infusion of cash to local organizations. And all future recruitment will be California folks.

finally the truth comes out. When this project was proposed, people pointed out what was going to happen. Tarkowski, Gary Marks,and the council went into damage control, an got it passed.What is going to happen to all the money that change hands? Payoffs buyouts ect. It smells like another stinker for the taxpayer. Just like the fairgrounds debacle.
