Apparently this young man, claimed he was "the joker". He was dressed up like "the joker", complete with face paint and wig...though he was sporting body armor. This is a ghastly story...if he doesn't get a pass as "crazy"...he gets a date with death row. The death penalty is not a likable word...it's not a likable thing, but it is necessary! Undoubtedly this man has full blown psychopathy...even the "eyes" look ignited with evil and malice. He will wind up on death row this guy...which is where he belongs.
