Dumb bastard Hispanic wouldn't lay there and let himself be beaten to death. After he goes through the trial and is found not guilty then the riots will start.

I see the guy fired his lawyers and called Sean Hannity. Kind of a sad commentary on the alleged "justice" system that the only guy he trusts is a talk show host. His lawyers probably did what lawyers do, and told him to cut a deal and cop to something. I'm sure the guy is like "but I didn't do anything wrong." Ha ha, like that matters.
