Now, while these folks on the other board keep ranting, shouldn't they be "refuted" by making a bit of them, especially when taking into account the fact that you can't discuss with them in a civilized manner?!

The truth?
Those people (and there are "gangs" of such buffoons in every niche of the internet, not just DL) are -very often by THEIR OWN admission- severely mentally and/or physically challenged.
They scream to the top of their lungs what a wonderful real life they have, but it turns out the best part of it requires Microsoft products to run...
It isn't a mystery how they despise one another highly...sure, there are the chief mountebanks who hold their breath hoping to close one more sale, or to use the whole chanchada as a facade.
They are deranged and they are on a mission...it's the cocaine-snorting bum lurking in the poorly lit alleyway doing his nails with a switchblade plus $15 a month worth of IT fees, and eventually $20 web hosting fee.

Hell, how many of those phony "distance education authorities" have full DE/DL degrees? Hell, John Bear created "unaccredited distance learning schools" that were good enough...for other people and his bank account...
Thomas Chip White has NO DEGREE soever, apparently...

Why are they there, then?
