One more thing concerning Gollin. When the seekers of the truth mistakenly identified someone else as the abusive Janko, he replied that a government agent contacted him and told him of the posts. This was on some random forum of the past, the name of which escapes me.
Was Gollin in fact a government agent? Or was he pretending to be one? I think his computer records might be very valuable to the defence.
If he was a government agent, why was he creating mahem on internet forums? If he is not a government agent but was pretending to be one, why isn't he in prison? I think the defence, in the interest of justice, deserves clarity.
If he was not a government agent, why were government employees sharing information with him on an ongoing basis?
