Clearly Gollin suspects that Quinn Tyler Jackson sent "obscene messages" to his lesbian daughter, not the other guy.

Given the multiple public allegations of deviant behaviour on the part of Quinn Tyler Jackson, it seems clear the guy is a pervert. Assuming somebody really did get "obscene messages," it's a safe bet that Quinn Tyler Jackson was behind it.
That Neilist guy had him pegged; Quinn Tyler Jackson really is a scumbag. Not just sending "obscene messages" to minors, but then lying so that some other guy gets blamed.
Now the cat is out of the bag I have a feeling this isn't going to turn out well for Quinn. Could be Janko's midnight ride redux.
