The leader of an international child porn ring was killed in a prison beating this week — after one of his victims predicted his fate.

Christian Maire, a married father-of-two from Binghamton, was sentenced in December to 40 years in prison after the FBI discovered he was the mastermind behind a twisted Internet gang dubbed “The Bored Group.”

Maire and his eight counterparts posed as adolescent boys on teenage dating sites and convinced young girls to strip, masturbate and perform other sex acts via webcam, according to investigators. They even lured some of their victims to cut themselves on camera.

At his sentencing, a female victim forecasted Maire’s demise, the Detroit News reported.

“He’s gonna get the hell beat out of him,” the now-20-year-old seethed.

Fellow inmates at the federal prison in Milan, Michigan, where Maire was locked up, attacked him Friday, according to the outlet. Maire died at a hospital several hours later.

The prison melee left four injured, including two guards. At least one of the attackers was armed with a homemade knife, federal officials told the Detroit News.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is investigating Maire’s death as a homicide. The prison was placed on “limited operational status” with visiting suspended, according to the Detroit Free Press.

“It’s a horrible tragedy and it seems something like this should have been able to be avoided,” Maire’s lawyer Mark Kriger told the Detroit News.

ST. LOUIS • A Washington University official whose retirement for “personal reasons” was announced this month has been indicted on a federal child pornography charge.

Justin X. Carroll, the university’s dean of students and interim athletic director after a 36-year tenure at the university, was indicted on a charge of access with intent to view child pornography.

Federal investigators tracking a group of people sharing child pornography online identified Carroll as one of the participants by tracing internet protocol addresses to computers at Washington University and Carroll’s home in University City, according to prosecutors. The indictment covers activity between November 2015 and December 2016.

The indictment lists an alias of “MOperv” for Carroll, and says that he was caught with videos that featured prepubescent boys.

Authorities said the investigation did not find any wrongdoing involving Carroll’s university responsibilities or students. U.S. Attorney Richard Callahan said Washington University cooperated with the investigation.

Carroll, 67, of the 500 block of North and South Road, appeared before a federal judge Monday morning wearing a North Face jacket, khakis and loafers, and shackled at the ankles and wrists. U.S. Magistrate Judge John Bodenhausen set bail at $100,000. Carroll, who had turned himself in to authorities, was expected to be released after posting 10 percent of that figure.

He told Bodenhausen that his last day at work was in December, but he is currently still on the payroll, apparently using accumulated vacation time. Officials said the university was notified Dec. 20 about the investigation, and he was put on leave and banned from campus immediately.

University spokeswoman Jill Friedman called the circumstances “devastating and shocking.”
“While our investigation is ongoing, at this point, we have no reason to believe that Mr. Carroll had inappropriate interactions with any member of the university community or any participant in university programs,” the school said in a statement Monday.

Benjamin Franklin famously quipped, “In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.”

Franklin evidently failed to envisage today’s postmodern left. For the conservative, there exists at least one other certainty, and it is this: The degree to which “progressives” attack you corresponds precisely to the degree with which you challenge any among their assorted, distorted and sordid sacred cows.

What would you call a 33-year-old man who both had and axiomatically acted upon a deviant sexual appetite for underage, drug-addicted, runaway boys? (No, not Jerry Sandusky.)

What would you call a man of whom, as regards sexual preference, his own friend and biographer confessed, “Harvey always had a penchant for young waifs with substance abuse problems”?

In a recent interview with OneNewsNow.com, I called this man “demonstrably, categorically an evil man based on his [statutory] rape of teenage boys.”

But you can call him Harvey Milk.

Harvey Milk’s only claim to fame is that he was the first openly homosexual candidate to be elected to public office (San Francisco city commissioner). His chief cause was to do away with the Judeo-Christian sexual ethic. In 1978 Milk was murdered over a non-related political dispute by fellow Democrat Dan White.

And a “progressive” martyr was born.

Merriam Webster defines “pederast” as “one who practices anal intercourse especially with a boy.” It defines “statutory rape” as “the crime of having sex with someone who is younger than an age that is specified by law.”

Harvey Milk was both a pederast and, by extension, a statutory rapist. After I publicly addressed this objective reality in the above-mentioned interview, the liberal blogosphere reacted in, shall we say, an informatively defensive manner.

A Huffington Post headline screamed: “Harvey Milk Was An ‘Evil Man’ Who Raped Teenage Boys, Unworthy of Postage Stamp: Matt Barber.”

The always-amusing Right Wing Watch blog breathlessly posted my comments with the header: “Barber: ‘Harvey Milk Was Demonstrably, Categorically an Evil Man.’”

And so on.

Here’s what’s especially telling about their reaction. Not one of the dozen-or-more publications that reported on my comments even challenged their veracity. Not one attempted to refute or deny that Harvey Milk was, in fact, a pederast and a sexual predator.

That’s because they can’t.

One of Milk’s victims was a 16-year-old runaway from Maryland named Jack Galen McKinley. As previously mentioned, Milk had a soft spot in his, um, heart for teenage runaways. Motivated by an apparent quid pro quo of prurience, Milk plucked McKinley from the street.

Randy Shilts was a San Francisco Chronicle reporter and close friend to Harvey Milk. Though Shilts died of AIDS in 1994, he remains, even today, one of the most beloved journalists in the “LGBT” community.

Shilts was also Harvey Milk’s biographer. In his glowing book “The Mayor of Castro Street,” he wrote of Milk’s “relationship” with the McKinley boy: ” … Sixteen-year-old McKinley was looking for some kind of father figure. … At 33, Milk was launching a new life, though he could hardly have imagined the unlikely direction toward which his new lover would pull him.”

In a sane world, of course, the only direction his “new lover” should have pulled him was toward San Quentin. But, alas, today’s America – a burgeoning relativist land of make-believe – is anything but sane.

Randy Thomasson, child advocate and founder of SaveCalifornia.com, is one of the nation’s foremost experts on Harvey Milk. Of the Shilts biography, Thomasson notes, “Explaining Milk’s many flings and affairs with teenagers and young men, Randy Shilts writes how Milk told one ‘lover’ why it was OK for him to also have multiple relationships simultaneously: ‘As homosexuals, we can’t depend on the heterosexual model. … We grow up with the heterosexual model, but we don’t have to follow it. We should be developing our own lifestyle. There’s no reason why you can’t love more than one person at a time.’”

Whereas McKinley, a disturbed runaway boy, desperately sought a “father figure” to provide empathy, compassion, wisdom and direction, he instead found Harvey Milk: a promiscuous sexual predator who found, in McKinley, an opportunity to satisfy a perverse lust for underage flesh.

Years later McKinley committed suicide.

Another teen who crossed paths with Harvey Milk was Christian convert and former homosexual Gerard Dols. In a 2008 radio interview with Concerned Women for America, Dols shared of how – as a physically disabled teen – the “very nice” Harvey Milk had encouraged him in 1977 to run away from his Minnesota home and come to San Francisco.

According to Dols, Milk told him, “Don’t tell your parents,” and later sent him a letter with instructions. Thankfully, the letter was intercepted by Dols’ parents who then filed a complaint with the Minnesota attorney general’s office.

The incident was evidently swept under the rug.

So what does a man like Harvey Milk get for his apparent crimes? While most sexual predators get time in prison and a dishonorable mention on the registry of sex offenders, Harvey Milk got his own California state holiday (“Harvey Milk Day”) and, more recently, his own commemorative postage stamp, awarded by the Obama administration’s USPS.

God bless America?

As troubling as the postage stamp may be, to me – the father of a soon-to-be-teenage boy – the specter of having a “Harvey Milk Day” forced upon millions of California children, parents and educators is even more troubling. Especially in light of Milk’s own sordid history with minors.

Even so, and quite obviously, not everyone agrees. Some have said that my reality-based assessment of Harvey Milk is “uncivil.” Our historical revisionist friends on the left tend to get a bit snooty when you publicly deconstruct one of their meticulously fabricated mythical martyrs.

I find that odd.

To me, even the mere notion of elevating, to hero status, a man who statutorily raped teenage boys, is what’s uncivil.

Ex-USC Professor Becomes 500th Person To Be Added To FBI's '10 Most Wanted List'

A former [regionally accredited] USC professor was named Monday to the FBI's Ten Most Wanted fugitives list after he was indicted for sex crimes against children abroad, FBI officials said.

Walter Lee Williams, 64, became the 500th person named to the list, officials said. He faces charges of sexual exploitation of children, traveling with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct and engaging in illicit sexual conduct in foreign places.

Bureau officials said they had identified at least 10 alleged victims between the ages of 9 and 17. Many live in Third World countries, officials said, adding that Williams has traveled extensively or lived across Southeast Asia and Polynesia, including the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand.

"Because of his status he has the means and access to children, and that's what makes him dangerous," FBI Special Agent Jeff Yesensky said in a video released by the agency. "He preys on the most vulnerable children."

A four-count federal indictment filed April 30 outlines alleged crimes involving two 14-year-old boys authorities say Williams met online in 2010. He allegedly "engaged in sexual activity via Internet webcam sessions with these boys and expressed a desire to visit them in the Philippines to have sex," the FBI said in a statement.

Williams went to the Philippines in January 2011, where he allegedly engaged in "sexually explicit conduct" with the boys, took photos of the encounters and brought the photos back to Los Angeles County, the indictment said. He fled Los Angeles after agents questioned him, FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller said.

Eimiller said investigators had not ruled out additional charges.

Williams taught anthropology, gender studies and history at [regionally accredited] USC, according to a university Web page that's since been taken down. The author and Fulbright Award winner received several accolades for his work, including the USC General Education Outstanding Teacher Award in 2006. He was also recognized for his work with the gay and lesbian community.

According to another website describing Williams' work, "his other main research focus is on sexuality in the Southeast Asia/Pacific region."

Williams is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and 180 pounds, with grayish-brown hair and brown eyes. He was affiliated with a Los Angeles-based group known as the Buddhist Universal Assn., the FBI said, and may travel to Mexico or Peru.

The FBI has offered a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading directly to his arrest.

Of the 500 people named to the list over its 63 years, 469 have been apprehended or located, the FBI said.

Pornography Kills Again

The body of 10-year-old Jessica Ridgeway of Colorado was found dismembered October 10. On October 23, [17-year old] Austin Sigg’s mother turned him over to the police as the killer. Sigg had been receiving treatment over the last two years for a pornography addiction.

The case of Jessica Ridgeway is far from unusual. In 2009, there were 65,964 cases of child sexual abuse reported in the United States.

German research found that 60 percent of men and 10 percent of women watch porn at least weekly (most daily). A study by IconKids & Youth found that 30 percent of girls and boys see porn before the age of 11. By age 17, 93 percent of boys and 80 percent of girls have seen porn.

Therapist Tabea Fretag, a specialist in media addition issues, says, “I have treated several traumatized women who were sexually abused by brothers who had been watching a lot of porn, among them many women who came from homes where the parenting was good.” She recounts one story where a mother found 30 porn site addresses listed in her computer’s browser, including one about horror sex. Her 9-year-old son had been logging on to the sites when she was out shopping. She and her husband tried to deal with it empathetically but later found him sexually abusing his little sister.

The danger is not just a few corrupted boys. A 1989 study of undergraduate males by John Briere and M. Runtz found that 21 percent reported some sexual attraction to small children and nine percent had fantasized about having sex with them. A study by 2004 Study by Michael C. Seto found that of 100 men convicted for child pornography offenses, 43 had also been charged with actual sex offenses.

According to a Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Report, 32 million American women and 13 million American men have received unwanted sexual contact. Of these, 21 million women and 1.5 million men have been raped. Girls under 10 years old account for 12.3 percent, or 2.6 million, rapes. The report concludes:

“The promotion of respectful, nonviolent relationships is not just the responsibility of individuals and partners, but also of the communities and society in which they live. It is important to continue addressing the beliefs, attitudes and messages that are deeply embedded in our social structures and that create a social climate that condones sexual violence, stalking, and intimate partner violence.”

While the politically-correct CDC study was unwilling to mention pornography, it’s obvious to any sensible human being that pornography not only condones sexual violence, it promotes it. It drives boys like Austin Sigg to become killers capable of dismembering another human being. While the number of children dismembered may be small, 2.6 million rapes of girls under 10-years-old is not a small number! ...

Reports this week indicate that the accused killer of 10-year-old Jessica Ridgeway of Colorado, who disappeared on Oct. 5 and whose dismembered body was found several days later, was a [17-year old] boy who was addicted to pornography.

“News that the boy accused of killing Jessica Ridgeway is addicted to pornography will come as no surprise to law enforcement agents with experience in sexual crimes,” says Patrick A. Trueman, president of Morality in Media and former chief of the U. S. Department of Justice Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section in Washington, D.C.

“Pornography consumption causes addiction and leads many, children included, to sexual violence. It’s high time the U.S. government took the issue of pornography seriously again and began vigorously prosecuting the major producers and distributors of hardcore pornography.”

The connection between pornography and sexual violence among minors has been clearly established. Several peer-reviewed studies regarding this link are available on PornHarmsResearch.com.

The mother of the boy accused of this monstrous crime called police to say that her son, 17-year-old Austin Sigg, may have been the killer. News reports indicate that he has been treated for pornography addiction since he was just 15, so the question must be asked: Did pornography contribute to Jessica Ridgeway’s killing?

Sigg is the main suspect in another violent crime, an attempted rape on an adult jogger. “We do not know and may never know exactly how much influence pornography played in these two crimes, but sexual crimes by minors do not happen in a vacuum; porn is almost always a significant contributing factor,” Trueman said.

“When the U.S. Department of Justice gave up enforcing federal pornography laws, it gave up on our children. Now addiction, sexual experimentation mirroring scenes from violent porn videos, as well as sexual violence are all too common among children. Child-on-child sexual crimes, once unheard of, are also on the rise,” says Trueman.

“The porn industry is directly responsible for these trends and the harm to our nation’s children. But law enforcement officials, such as U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, who refuse to enforce anti-pornography laws, designed to protect children and society from sexual predators, bear much responsibility also,” he continued.

Eric Holder is the first U.S. Attorney General in nearly 30 years to refuse to enforce federal pornography laws, which were passed by Congress over many years by wide bi-partisan margins. Federal laws prohibit distribution of obscene (hardcore) adult pornography on the Internet, on cable/satellite TV, on hotel/motel TV, in retail shops and by common carrier, such as UPS.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (CBS Atlanta) – A student from the [regionally accredited] University of Tennessee was hospitalized with alcohol poisoning after he was subjected to an alcoholic enema.

According to The Tennessean, Alexander Broughton, 20, was dropped off at the university’s medical center at around 1:30 a.m. Saturday unresponsive with a blood alcohol level greater than 0.4, which is poisonous and could be deadly.

Broughton was at a party at the Phi Kappa Alpha fraternity house when several members handed out rubber tubing to give each other alcoholic enemas, the paper reports.

Knoxville police say that an alcoholic enema increases and speeds up the effect of alcohol on the body.

Police also told The Tennessean that investigators found two other fraternity members passed out when they arrived at the house.

Police aren’t sure if the incident with Broughton was a result of hazing, or if he decided to undergo the enema willingly, but they are looking into both possibilities.

The university is now debating on the future of Phi Kappa Alpha. The fraternity is suspended for 30 days, and may be permanently banned, depending on the investigation.

Broughton has since been discharged from the medical center.
