While I have written many articles on the topic of the 45 communist goals, it can’t be stressed enough that achieving “marriage equality” for homosexuals was definitely one of them. The Supreme Court’s decision on Friday, June 26 was no surprise to many of us, and in many ways it was used to continue the moral degradation of our society. The Obama Administration, as surely we have all seen by now, took the pleasure of flaunting their victory by posting pictures of the White House lit up with the colors of the homosexual’s rainbow flag. This was a “stick in your face gesture” as they know that the vast majority of Americans disapprove of the homosexual agenda, and there is an agenda. This was also a symbolic gesture in the eyes of the left because they view this as the replacement of the old culture with a new one. It was no coincidence, in my opinion, that this gay marriage decision happened at the same time there was all out war declared on the confederate flag. We are after all, dealing with communists whose entire agenda revolves around breaking down the moral standards by which many of us live our lives. Make no mistake America, this ruling pushes the United States one step further away from liberty, and one step closer to all out communism. Many people have a difficult time understanding this concept; after all, granting protection to homosexuals to marry allegedly embodies the ideals of liberty and justice for all. This is a misguided worldview, what it actually does is open the floodgates to the depravation of humanity, as I will explain in this article. From the 45 communist goals entered in to the congressional record in 1963:

25) Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography,
and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio and TV.

26) Present homosexuality, degeneracy, and promiscuity as “normal,
natural, and healthy.”

One of the main goals of communism has always been the destruction of the Judeo Christian worldview. Man will not allow himself to become subservient to an all powerful state as long as he believes in, and follows the laws of God. The Bible commands us to follow Gods law and not the ways of men, so in order to enslave the mind, belief in God must be discredited. The communists themselves don’t care about marriage equality; the issue is used as a means of demoralizing society. In fact; it is not at all uncommon for communist regimes to brutally oppress homosexuals, if not outright murder them. Many people find themselves wondering why the left is silent as Islamonazi’s continue to throw gays from rooftops, and burn them alive. It would seem that any organization truly dedicated to gay rights would acknowledge these atrocities while pointing out the safety most homosexuals enjoy in the United States. The goal, as mentioned previously, is not to give gay people equal rights, but to demoralize society in order to make us susceptible to an all out communist takeover. In order to do this, religion must be destroyed.

This was admitted by one of the leaders of the gay rights movement. Homosexual activist and journalist Masha Gessen admitted in a radio interview that the goal is to destroy the institution of marriage, not become a part of it. She admits that the whole argument being made to push their agenda for equality is a lie, and what they truly seek to do is destroy traditional societal values.

Here is what she recently said on a radio interview: 

“It’s a no-brainer that (homosexual activists) should have the right to marry, but I also think equally that it’s a no-brainer that the institution of marriage should not exist. …(F)ighting for gay marriage generally involves lying about what we are going to do with marriage when we get there — because we lie that the institution of marriage is not going to change, and that is a lie. 

The institution of marriage is going to change, and it should change. And again, I don’t think it should exist. And I don’t like taking part in creating fictions about my life. That’s sort of not what I had in mind when I came out thirty years ago.”  Illinois Family Institute

Again, this is a concept many people have a difficult time understanding. The goal is to completely remake society in the image of communism. Sadly, these homosexual activists fail to realize that they are no more than “psychopolitical dupes,” or useful idiots being used to push an agenda that in the end will strip them of all humanity as well.

To understand this further we need to once again, refer to the Soviet Manual on Pyschopolitics. The whole communist agenda can be best summed up saying that they are attempting to label America as a sick society in need of mental healing. For centuries, men looked to the clergy in order to solve problems of the mind and spirit. Communists despise this because they want to rule over man, and as mentioned previously, men who follow Gods laws cannot be ruled by men. Consider this quote from page 60 of the Soviet manual.

“You must work until religion is synonymous with insanity. You must work until the officials of the city, county and state governments will not think twice before they pounce upon religious groups as public enemies.”

The attack on Christianity is in full swing in almost all aspects of our culture. The homosexuals are being used in an effort to label Christians as being bigoted and homophobic while simultaneously tearing at the moral fabric of our society. Unfortunately, as many of us are well aware, the gay marriage issue is just the beginning and it is the symbolic “slippery slope” leading to the unimaginable. In my book, “Not On My Watch: Exposing the Marxist Agenda in Education,” I included some text from a research paper I did while in the Masters of social work program at the University of Oklahoma. The social work agenda is big on gay rights, and in social work education the issue of heterosexual privilege is synonymous with white privilege. Heterosexual privilege is defined as-

Benefits derived automatically by being (or being perceived as) heterosexual that are denied to gays, lesbians, bisexuals, queers and all other non-heterosexual sexual orientations.

To be against homosexuality is now viewed as a bigoted position. Those who enjoy the benefits of marriage are now considered the oppressors of those who are allegedly being denied these privileges. This spans well beyond the scope of just gay marriage as the issue of pedophilia is making its way into the main stream. If you remember, not too long ago Rutgers-Camden professor Margo Kaplan declared that pedophilia is not a crime, rather a condition one might be born with. This is how the argument was made that homosexuality might in fact be normal. She also declare that pedophilia should be considered a human right because people who identify as having sexual orientations towards young children are often marginalized because they have to keep these orientations to themselves. Many people have warned that the issue of gay marriage would open a floodgate; well that floodgate is indeed open. The efforts are well underway to repeal the age of consent laws, as was the topic of my research paper, and to redefine the term pedophile with the term “minor attracted person.” The overall goal here is to normalize sex with children. In fact, in 1998 the American Psychological Association issued a report claiming that child sexual abuse was not as harmful to children as previously believed. Also, they went on to suggest that sexual relationships between men and young boys could actually develop into strong caring relationships. Furthermore, they suggested that harmful effects from sexual abuse would only result if the child was forced into having sex with an adult, not if the child chose freely to do so. This is sick beyond comprehension; however it serves as further proof of a communist agenda. Once again we need to refer to quote from the Soviet Manual, page 62.

“Technical papers should exist as to the tremendous number of cures effected by psychiatry and psychology, and whenever possible, percentages of cures, no matter how fictitious, should be worked into legislative papers, thus forming a back ground of evidence which would immediately rebut any effort to actually discover anyone who had ever been helped by psychiatry or psychology.”

What this quote is essentially admitting is that communists lie. They have subverted every aspect of our culture and submit false evidence that attempts to discredit the Judea Christian worldview and turn the minds of men towards communistic solutions, through the social sciences. Issues that can be disguised as human right struggles are being used to actually denigrate society in an effort to demoralize the nation, making us ripe for conquering. Homosexual rights, the black lives matter campaign, racism, feminism and wealth inequality are all being used in this manner, and the activists pushing these issues are nothing but the proverbial “useful idiots” of our time. If we do not reverse course now we will certainly follow the same path as other communist countries before us. Once men have become completely demoralized they no longer have a leg on which to stand to defend their nation.

Many Christians have been warning for years that the radical homosexual activist lobby is made up of Christian-hating fascists who are in rebellion against both God and nature, who are hell-bent on criminalizing Christianity and pushing to the fringes anyone who publicly acknowledges natural human sexuality and the age-old, immutable institution of legitimate marriage as created by God.

Sadly, many people, even many Christians, think that I and others are using hyperbole when we refer to this sexual anarchist “LGBT” movement as “homofascist” or the “Gaystapo.” I hope you’ll think again. It’s time to wake up and smell the impending anti-Christian persecution. It’s fully at hand.

So, I guess it’s semi-official: American citizens who believe marriage is inherently sexually complementary cannot work in America–not even in their own companies. First Amendment: R.I.P.”

Reports the Washington Examiner:

Mozilla CEO Brendan Eich resigned under pressure after gay rights activists demanded that he step down or recant his support of traditional marriage laws.

Eich donated $1,000 to support Proposition 8, the California ballot initiative that amended the state’s constitution to define marriage as between one man and one woman.

“I don’t want to talk about my personal beliefs because I kept them out of Mozilla all these 15 years we’ve been going,” Eich told The Guardian. “I don’t believe they’re relevant.”

That wasn’t an option. “CEO Brendan Eich should make an unequivocal statement of support for marriage equality,” a Credoaction petition signed by almost 75,000 people said, per The Inquirer. “If he cannot, he should resign. And if he will not, the board should fire him immediately.”

When asked if his beliefs about marriage should constitute a firing offense the way racism or sexism does, Eich argued that these religious beliefs — and beliefs popular as of 2008 — should not be used as a basis for dismissal.

“I don’t believe that’s true, on the basis of what’s permissible to support or vote on in 2008,” he told CNET. “It’s still permissible. Beliefs that are protected, that include political and religious speech, are generally not something that can be held against even a CEO. I understand there are people who disagree with me on this one.”

Oh, oh, Mr. Eich, how wrong you are. That’s the America we used to live in. That’s the America of our founding. Welcome to “Amerika.” Homofascism is the order of the day and Christian “intolerance” simply will not be tolerated. That was before we became the godless, wicked nation we are today. A once-great nation that now takes “pride” in calling “evil good and good evil.”

On Thursday, Mozilla announced that he had resigned. “Mozilla prides itself on being held to a different standard and, this past week, we didn’t live up to it,” executive chairwoman Mitchell Baker wrote. “We know why people are hurt and angry, and they are right: it’s because we haven’t stayed true to ourselves. We didn’t act like you’d expect Mozilla to act. We didn’t move fast enough to engage with people once the controversy started. We’re sorry. We must do better.”

Do you see what’s happening? Did you read that? That’s fear — deathly fear. Fear of a radical, hateful, intolerant, obnoxious, fascist, evil and power-crazed group of sex-obsessed anarchists who demand that we all affirmatively celebrate their deviant and self-destructive sexual sins and unnatural perversions.

Christians, buckle up. Your whole world is about to change. The Rainbowshirts are emboldened and they’ve broken out the long knives. “Therefore pride is their necklace; they clothe themselves with violence” – Psalm 73:6.

They smell blood in the water. I’ve often said that these folks want those who speak Biblical truth about human sexuality and legitimate marriage either 1) dead, 2) imprisoned or, if they can have neither of these, 3) marginalized to the point where they can’t even support their families.

In response to attacks by the powerful and offensive homosexual lobby, friends of Chick-fil-A are promoting National Eat at Chick-fil-A Day on July 25th and August 1st. I'll be there on both days. In fact, all the employees at our various businesses will be eating at Chick-fil-A the next two Wednesdays.

As is typical of the homosexual lobby, many angry messages were left on Chick-fil-A's Facebook page, including:

"Hate mongers! Never again! Not another $ from me."

"Goodbye Chikkk-fil-a! Your food was delicious, but I can no longer eat nuggets filled with hate!"

Of course, it's not about hate. It's about morality and common sense. No one is denied service at a Chick-fil-A restaurant. All types of sinners eat at Chick-fil-A as they do at other restaurants. No one asks what kind of sex they're engaged in when an order is taken.

The folks at Chick-fil-A don't support divorce, but they don't refuse service to divorced couples. Divorced couples don't boycott the restaurant because of the company's views on biblical marriage and their support of biblical marriage seminars.

Support for Chik-fil-A is getting national attention:

"In response to the boycott threats against Chick-fil-A, Mike Huckabee, who was a 2008 presidential candidate, last week called on his radio show listeners to support the Cathy family by making July 25th National Eat at Chick-fil-A Day.

"Imagine how clearly that message would be heard across the nation if Chick-fil-A reported record sales this Wednesday!" said [National Organization for Marriage's [Brian] Brown, who has joined Huckabee in supporting Chick-fil-A day. "Please join me this Wednesday in supporting this courageous company, while at the same time sending a powerful message of support to every individual and every company with the courage to stand for marriage."

It's amazing how it's OK to support liberal causes, but just try to support a conservative moral cause. "Too often, those on the left make corporate statements to show support for same sex marriage, abortion, or profanity, but if Christians affirm traditional values, we're considered homophobic, fundamentalists, hate-mongers, and intolerant," Huckabee wrote.

I've started my diet to lose about ten pounds, but I"m going to break the diet on the next two Wednesdays with a chicken sandwich and some waffle fries. And I"m going to enjoy every Chick-fil-A calorie.

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the NACIQI discussion draft, Higher Education Accreditation Reauthorization Policy Considerations. This is an excellent, well-written and very useful document.

I recently retired after fifteen years working for state agencies that were responsible for postsecondary oversight and college approvals. Most of this time was as administrator of the Oregon Office of Degree Authorization. I am also serving as a member of the drafting team for the efforts currently underway through the Council of State Governments to produce a viable interstate compact for the authorization of colleges that would have the effect of making it easier for colleges to operate in multiple states. Thus I have worked with many of the issues discussed in the draft.

Linkages between academic quality and consumer protection

One of the difficulties that you have addressed in the draft is that there are good reasons for the three "triad" functions to overlap. One of these that is perhaps not well understood is that consumer protection covers more than obvious fraud and fakery. It also covers academic quality and many technical issues subsumed within the idea of quality.

For example, it is fairly common for colleges that expand into multiple states to be lax in their determination of how their programs are classified under the laws of that state. This is expecially true in licensed professions. A college may decide to offer a program in a state without realizing that graduates of the program do not meet the requirements to practice a profession in that state. I am not sure that this situation can be classified solely as consumer protection or as academic quality--it has elements of both.

Oversight of program content in this situation seems to me primarily a state function, as the state is best situated to most easily deal with interagency issues such as licensure. Consumer protection includes the need for state action to ensure that colleges do not offer programs that are decoupled from state licensing requirements.

For this reason I suggest that any final version of the NACIQI document expressly recognize that the issue of program content as it relates to legal requirements for professional practice be considered primarily a state function under the triad theory.

The nature of responsibility for colleges

At a basic level, the entity that is responsible for the quality of what a college does is the entity that authorizes the college to operate as a degree-granter. In most cases this is a state. For example, Harvard is allowed to issue degrees because it has a charter from Massachusetts that says that it can do so. The rather elaborate methods used to convert its Royal charter to a state charter at the time of U.S. independence make for humorous reading, but the principle is absolutely clear. In a few cases, the legal responsibility for a college's degree authority arises from the federal government or from a sovereign Indian tribe.

Because this is true, the triad is not always exactly the same configuration. The federal government has a much greater responsibility for its own institutions (e.g., the service academies) and those it may charter, e.g. Gallaudet, which holds a Congressional charter as a degree granter. Likewise, the ultimate responsibility for qualitative oversight of a tribally chartered college such as Sinte Gleska or Salish Kootenai rests with tribal authorities.

The triad must therefore be viewed as having slightly adjustable legs. The functions that we customarily think of as belonging to "states" in fact belong to the chartering or "home" licensing entity. This is usually a state, but can be another source of governmental authority.

Funding for oversight

One of the issues that we face in looking at these issues is that although federal needs may add to what an accreditor (or even a state) is expected to do, these expectations do not come with a check enclosed. If accreditors or states are to perform functions because the federal government needs them to, then the federal government needs to cover the cost of doing that. This is done today at least in part in at least two somewhat similar situations, Veteran's approving offices (in which the state-based staff doing the screening is subsidized with federal funds) and IPEDS data gathering (in which costs of necessary national meetings are paid for from federal sources). It is not appropriate for the federal government to simply dump a function onto the states when the function is federal in nature.

Other issues

I concur that there is no particular reason for institutional accreditors to be regional in nature, with one exception that relates to other goals mentioned in the document. If closer working ties between states and accreditors are desirable, which I think they are, then having accreditation done nationally based on institution type in effect makes closer working ties somewhat more difficult.

I think a review of the cost of accreditation is appropriate, but it must necessarily be done as part of a consideration of the cost of existing and potential alternative processes. Information about the cost of accreditation is not very useful viewed in isolation.

One has to wonder if Reuters reporter Julie Steenhuysen will soon be joining the millions of other Americans relegated to Obama's swelling unemployment lines. She evidently didn't get the media memo last week and violated the goose-stepping left's Orwellian requirement that we all adhere to obtuse notions of political correctness.

Having contracted a rare case of journalistic objectivity, Ms. Steenhuysen penned a story that dared to detail a recent Centers for Disease Control and Prevention study on homosexuality.

The study exposed the jaw-dropping fact that one-in-five "gay" and "bisexual" men in American cities have been infected with HIV/AIDS. Needless to say, this scandalous revelation completely blows out of the water the left's morally relative, propagandist line that homosexuality is "normal, natural and good."

To believers, it's never surprising when modern science serves to validate the transcendent truths found in Scripture (not that God's truth needs validating).

James 1:15 warns: "Then when lust has conceived, it brings forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, brings forth death."

Indeed, it seems the common moniker "homosexual lifestyle" has it exactly backwards. As opponents of the extremist "gay" lobby have long illustrated, homosexuality falls dead center within our nation's burgeoning culture of death.

First, take that feminist rite of passage: abortion. Due to a national lack of sexual self-governance, in 2010 we find that – post Roe v. Wade – 50 million of God's precious children have been slaughtered at Satan's altar of euphemistic "choice."

Moreover, millions of self-styled "gay" men have – as a direct result of homosexual conduct – died from AIDS, syphilis, hepatitis and all other forms of homosexually transmitted disease.

Romans 1:26-27, which Obama once comically called an "obscure passage in Romans," addresses the homosexual deathstyle: "Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion."

It's tragic when people yield to disordered sexual temptations that can literally kill them spiritually, emotionally and physically. Nobody with any compassion enjoys watching others "[receive] in themselves the due penalty for their perversion." But a corollary to free will is living – or dying – with the choices we've made.

Another problem lies in the fact that far too many Christians have contributed to the dilemma by failing to speak truth, in love, on the issue of homosexuality (pastors with "gay" congregants and family members, I'm talking to you). Nobody likes to be unfairly labeled a hater, "homophobe" or bigot, but fear of such attacks offers no justification for failing to speak truth in love.

There are even self-professed Christians today who inexcusably join in with the secular left in affirming homosexual sin as a good thing. There's a word for these types: apostate.

There's no wiggle room here. If you defend or seek to justify homosexual conduct, you defy God. Not good. As I recall, He's got a little something to say about "causing one of these little ones" to sin.

But even if you choose not to acknowledge biblical truth, you're still left without excuse. As the CDC has once again verified, if you affirm or defend homosexual behavior as "normal, natural and good," you also defy science. You're on the wrong side of history, let alone reality.

What is it about this particular PC-protected practice that causes so many otherwise intelligent people to become blinded blathering buffoons?

Let's say we had a group of people who defined their identity based upon a penchant for running headlong into brick walls. Oh, we'll call them, "Wallies." (Wally pride, baby!)

As significant percentages of Wallies began to drop dead, or suffer irreversible brain damage, do you suppose the left would demand tolerance for such behavior? Do you think they'd begin handing out bicycle helmets in elementary schools, telling kids to practice safe walling?

With liberals, anything's possible, but I'm more inclined to think that even the moonbat left might agree that people tending toward such behavior would be best served to simply avoid running headlong into walls altogether.

I don't mean to be flip (okay, maybe a little flip) but can someone please tell me why on earth the left insists that we "tolerate" homosexual behavior while – as the CDC has once again confirmed – it continues to have results similar to brick walling?

We throw paper-thin latex condoms at kids who struggle with same-sex attraction and tell them: "You're gay! Embrace who you are. Gay pride, baby!"

We push them out onto a paper-thin latex tightrope with a one-in-five chance they'll plummet to their death.

What in the name of all things sacred are we doing? One-in-five with AIDS? Seriously? If five people got into a car and were told that one of them wasn't going to survive the drive, how quickly do you suppose they'd scatter?

Unnatural behaviors beget natural consequences. Scripture admonishes: "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 6:23.)

Her name is Julie, she’s seven years old, and she decided to sell some lemonade at a Portland, Oregon art fair… yes.  You know precisely how this ends: it ends with a county public sector union employee with a clipboard making a seven year old cry by threatening her with several hundred dollars in fines for not having the right permits.  And with the spokesmen for various public health departments justifying having their public sector union employees making a seven year old girl cry because, hey, you have to protect the public and the law’s the law.

Plus, it beats thinking.

PS: Hey, if Blue State/Democratic-controlled governments want to avoid being raked over the coals because their convoluted regulatory schemes keep throwing up scenarios where public sector union employees have to threaten seven year old girls and make them cry, here’s a thought: don’t make the regulatory schemes quite so complicated.  True, doing it that way requires one faction of the Democratic party (public sector unions) to have a fight with another faction (trial lawyers), but why is that my problem?

After 20 minutes, a “lady with a clipboard” came over and asked for their license. When Fife explained they didn’t have one, the woman told them they would need to leave or possibly face a $500 fine.

Surprised, Fife started to pack up. The people staffing the booths next to them encouraged the two to stay, telling them the inspectors had no right to kick them out of the neighborhood gathering. They also suggested that they give away the lemonade and accept donations instead and one of them made an announcement to the crowd to support the lemonade stand.

That’s when business really picked up — and two inspectors came back, Fife said. Julie started crying, while her mother packed up and others confronted the inspectors. “It was a very big scene,” Fife said.

Supposedly the inspectors only cracked down because she was at a street fair, not in her own front yard, and therefore she was, according to an inspector, “suddenly engaging in commerce.” Which is both depressing and refreshing, insofar as his definition of “commerce” is actually more credible than the Supreme Court’s.

Says the girl’s mom, uttering a line destined to be crocheted on pillows in many a tea-partier’s rec room, “It’s gotten to the point where they need to be in all of our decisions. They don’t trust us to make good choices on our own.” Exit question: Is this the most insane licensing-related story of the day? Exit answer: No.

Two interesting cases covered by the media in recent weeks have brought some attention to the problem of degrees from diploma mills. The Oregonian's excellent coverage of the Patti Galle case in West Linn brings some helpful visibility to the problem of fake degrees. The Bend Bulletin discovered that Clark Colvin, a Republican candidate for governor, was claiming degrees from two unaccredited degree suppliers. These stories helped show how common the practice of using bogus educational credentials is.

The West Linn case revolved around Galle's acquisition of a so-called "degree" from an entity that does business under the name "Redding University." Some people have trouble grasping the fact that Redding University does not exist, referring to its list of programs and online delivery even while calling it a possible diploma mill. In fact, there is no such thing as Redding University. It's simply a name given by its owner to a business that sells fake college degrees. It has no programs or "nontraditional delivery" mode, let alone faculty.

In the United States, there is no private right to issue college degrees. All degree-granting, including that done by religious colleges and private colleges, is controlled exclusively by governments. That has been true since the founding of the U.S. as a nation, when Harvard University had to get a royal charter, later superseded by a Massachusetts charter, in order to issue degrees, even though it was a religious institution and could teach without that government imprimatur. Degrees, as such, are exclusively controlled by governments and have been for hundreds of years.

A college degree, to be valid in the U.S., has to come from a school that has express written authority to issue degrees given to it from Congress, a state government or a recognized Indian tribe. All degrees provided by U.S. entities lacking authorization from any of these three kinds of government are always fake and always invalid. Use of such so-called "degrees" in Oregon, Washington and many other states is illegal.

The difference between the Galle case (a fake degree bought from a fake college) and the Colvin case is that Colvin acquired two of his degrees from entities that had the legal authority to issue degrees (one operated in Hawaii and one in Switzerland and various small islands) but had no accreditation or national recognition. Under Oregon law, such degrees can legally be used in the private sector provided that they always carry a disclaimer of accreditation. Colvin, having not used the disclaimer, was asked by the state to either use it or voluntarily cease using the degrees. He chose the latter, and dealt with the situation in a prompt and professional manner once he found out the problem.

In order for college degrees to have value, their nature must be protected by law. That's why Oregon law restricts their use to those issued by legitimate colleges. The Office of Degree Authorization exists in part to investigate the use on nonstandard degrees and enforce this law.

I disagree with that statement emphatically and unequivocably.

He seems to think that people require government permission for every private decision and that the public is prohibited from taking any action for which there's no prior authorization.

But here in the United States, that's not how the system works. Liberty ultimately resides with the people and it's the people themselves who are soverign. Power flows from the bottom up, not from the top-down as with absolute Monarchs or the Chinese Party. That's why we have elections to choose government officials and periodically get the opportunity to vote the bastards out. The people's representatives might indeed vote to pass laws to regulate various matters that are believed to be in the public interest. And in fact, every state does have some kind of regulations on its books regarding higher education.

So what about university boards of trustees? Church governing bodies in the case of church schools? Presidents, deans and faculty committees? Owners in the case of proprietorial schools? The "exclusively" in that sentence looks like hyperbole.

Harvard never had a royal charter and Constitutional religious exemptions didn't exist in Harvard's early years (not least because the Constitution with its Separation and Free Exercise clauses hadn't even been written yet). There was this thing called the American Revolution that happened during those years somewhere.

Alan appears to be trying to invent a new and fundamentally misleading definition of "valid".

A degree diploma is a statement by a university asserting the nature and academic legitimacy of a graduate's education. That doesn't depend in any way on Congress, States or Indian tribes. It does depend on the academic credibiity of the university that awarded the degree. That's an academic criterion and it's why accreditation is so important.

Which neatly replaces academic criteria of 'validity' with political criteria.

Apparently it doesn't matter whether or not a school's program is academically worthless, provided only that the proper level of government authorized it. Nor does it seem to matter whether or not a school's program is thoroughly impressive and academically world-class. Academic considerations suddenly become irrelevant.

This provides perfect justification for the worst off-shore medical schools that plant themselves on remote islands that agree before they even arrive to give them formal approval and forward their names to the WHO in Geneva. Even Saint Regis University would seem to pass the government-validity test, since it clearly had acquired the approval of the government of a soverign state. That was the argument that its representatives made so determinedly at the time and for which they are ridiculed so mercilessly now.

Educational value devolves into empty formalities.

A federal court ruled that homosexual Alan Contreras is an anti-Christian bigot and civil rights violator. He was required to take remedial defamation law courses as part of another litigation settlement. He has no credibility on this topic. The Galle case did not "revolve" around her Redding degree, but rather the fact that when she completed her candidate information form she claimed a degree when in fact she had no degree. She originally told the investigator that her degree was from accredited San Jose State. The fact that Contreras cannot ascertain these simple facts, or chooses to skew the story with lies, demonstrates his incompetence and utter lack of suitability for the government position he holds. It's time Oregon taxpayers got rid of useless, incompetent liars and bigots like Alan Contreras.

Contreras lies about Colvin’s degree. He has a PhD from regionally accredited Golden Gate University.

Contreras lies when he says Harvard had a "royal charter." This is an easily verifiable fact, but he didn't bother to do even perfunctory research. He just makes it up as he goes along, and expects the gullible public to believe him.

Contreras lies when he says “Degrees…are exclusively controlled by governments.” This guy obviously is an idiot. No wonder he needs remedial legal courses. And he claims to hold a law degree? Maybe he should investigate his law school; they obviously aren’t teaching too much law there.

The former Oregon diploma mill statute was held unconstitutional in the Benson case. If anyone was to challenge it, the new one certainly would be found unconstitutional as well. The only time Contreras even bothers to enforce the new law is if the degree holder is a Christian or a conservative. His arbitrary and capricious law enforcement efforts, much like these public fairy stories he circulates, are based solely on his bias and bigotry.

The Herald and News reported that the shortened week is one of many money-saving measures school officials are considering.

District Superintendent Greg Thede says that a $5.8 million cut to his $60 million budget and nearly 20 layoffs last year prompted the district to form a committee to study the option of cutting Fridays from the school week.

He says that school days Monday through Thursday would be longer to meet state hourly requirements.

"I think we've seen all over the state, programs getting cut, class sizes going up, employee groups having to make concessions," Thede said. "These times we're going through right now are unprecedented. It's tough."

But there are concerns from the Klamath Falls Association of Classified Employees, the union that represents classified staff, such as teaching assistants, cooks, custodians, secretaries and bus drivers.

Union President Linda Braden says one less day in the week will mean a day less of work for 380 classified staff.

Still, Thede said the district will move forward with a shortened school week if it would save a significant amount of money.

Linda Kehr, a teacher at Ferguson Elementary School and member of the four-day week committee, said teacher workload wouldn't be dramatically affected, adding that teachers would use Friday to attend mandated teacher-training sessions.

In their quest to "queer" America, radical homosexual activists in the media destroy lives, as they manipulate the principle of privacy, and make war on traditional masculinity, sports, and even the truth.

In late April 2003, Sen. Rick Santorum (R, Pa.) got a taste of what awaits anyone who opposes the gay agenda. After explaining to Associated Press reporter Lara Jakes Jordan (who is married to Sen. John Kerry's (D, Ma.) campaign manager, Jim Jordan) his opposition to any pro-gay laws or court rulings that might weaken the family, gay activists demanded that Santorum resign.

But the Santorum case was only the tip of the iceberg. For as Sandy Koufax, Mike Piazza, and countless others will attest, in recent years, gay activists have graduated from protesting against public figures to controlling news rooms. The activists do not care if their stories are even true, and suffer no consequences for lying.

In February, Hall of Fame pitcher Sandy Koufax ended his 48-year relationship with the Los Angeles Dodgers, due to a defamatory story a reporter planted in the New York Post, insinuating that Koufax was a homosexual. The Dodgers and the New York Post both belong to News Corp., the conglomerate owned by Australian media mogul Rupert Murdoch.

The story, a "blind item" in Richard Johnson's Page Six gossip section, referred to "an unidentified ...Hall of Fame baseball hero" who was secretly gay. The December 19, 2002 item claimed that the baseball great "cooperated with a best-selling biography only because the author promised to keep it secret that he is gay. The author kept her word, but big mouths at the publishing house can't keep from flapping."

Since the bestselling biography, Sandy Koufax: A Lefty's Legacy by Jane Leavy, had appeared only three months earlier--published by News Corp. subsidiary HarperCollins--many observers concluded that the "blind item" referred to Koufax. On February 21, 2003 the New York Post's management confessed that the piece had indeed been about the 66-year-old pitcher. "A two-sentence blind item we ran here on Dec. 19, 2002 about a 'Hall of Fame baseball hero' has sparked a series of unfortunate consequences for which we are very sorry.... We apologize to both Koufax and Leavy for getting it wrong."

The New York Daily News reported on February 22, 2003 that "Daily News columnist Michael Gross tracked down the twice-married Koufax and his current girlfriend and made clear that the Dodger great is heterosexual."

The report went beyond even the radical homosexual "outing" of famous closeted gays, a practice which was pioneered in 1989 by editor-in-chief, Gabriel Rotello, and violent "reporter," Michelangelo Signorile, of the short-lived magazine Outweek. In 1990, Rotello sought to rationalize the practice, writing that, "social workers pointed out that gay teens grow up without support networks of parents, relatives or even 'out' gay and lesbian friends. Such kids, who are taught the lie that gays are pathetic, sad and hopeless, desperately need positive role models. Despite the fact that thousands of society's most famous, respected and successful people are gay, gay kids grow up without that knowledge." Rotello considered his tactic vindicated, when supermarket tabloids soon began imitating it.

The gay mafia's openly gay activists who pass as journalists seeks to "out" high-profile, professional athletes as homosexual, in order to mainstream a sexual orientation which most Americans consider perverted, and apparently as an assault on the last preserve of the traditional masculinity they have declared war on. And if no gay superstars are handy, activists will invent some.

Once the preserve of despised storm troopers like Rotello and Signorile, the practice of "outing" has since gone mainstream, as activists have taken over major media outlets. However, even bigger problems with the "queering" of the news involve the willful misreporting or outright silencing of important stories.

In June 2000, media watchdog Reed Irvine reported in NewsMax.com on the celebratory speech given at the National Lesbian and Gay Journalists Association by New York Times national political correspondent, Richard Berke. "Now, there are times when you look at the [Times'] front-page meeting and ... literally three-quarters of the people deciding what's on the front page are not-so-closeted homosexuals."

In a whispering campaign last year, reporters portrayed New York Mets catcher Mike Piazza as homosexual. Piazza, widely considered a surefire future Hall of Famer, eventually felt the need to call a press conference, to announce that he is "not gay."

Gay media activists have also succeeded at perpetrating hoaxes, according to which heterosexuals are just as much at risk of contracting HIV as homosexuals, and that gays comprise 10% of the population, and are victimized by rampant anti-gay attacks.

In 1990, investigative journalist Michael Fumento's book, The Myth of Heterosexual AIDS, meticulously proved that AIDS was a gay disease. Fumento revealed that public health officials, in league with homosexual activists, routinely lied about the danger of AIDS to the heterosexual population, and thus misused scarce resources, costing many lives that could have been saved. Gay activists felt so threatened by Fumento, that they intimidated his publisher into killing the book's PR campaign, thus ensuring that it was a commercial failure, and succeeded at marginalizing one of America's finest journalists.

In seeking to mainstream homosexuality, the gay mafia has for years spread the fiction that "every tenth" person is homosexual. More sober calculations, such as those of SUNY Stony Brook sociologist John Gagnon, put the prevalence of homosexuality at 2%.

In 1991, New York Newsday columnist Jim Dwyer wrote of the near-lynching of a heterosexual man by a homosexual mob at the annual New York City Gay Pride parade. The man had muttered to his girlfriend about the aggressive attitude of the "fags" at the parade. A nearby spectator overheard him, and organized a lynch mob, which chased after the man. A police officer saved the man, by putting him in a taxicab that sped from the scene. No members of the mob were arrested.

Dwyer alone reported on the incident. Local media outlets all reported, however, on three thugs who were arrested at the parade, for attempting to attack homosexuals with baseball bats. And so, instead of showing that homosexuals were both attackers and victims that day, the media portrayed them exclusively as victims.

During the 1990s in New York State, thousands of babies and their mothers died horrible, preventable deaths due to AIDS, because the gay mafia, which controlled AIDS coverage, refused to report on a gruesome policy that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention had adopted, under pressure from the gay lobby. All newborns were routinely tested for HIV infection, but contrary to established public health practice, CDC officials refused to inform their mothers of the results. While only 25% of the children of HIV+ mothers were born with HIV antibodies, thousands more were then infected via their mother's breast milk. As State Assemblywoman Nettie Mayersohn wrote in 1997, "Only in the world of AIDS has privacy and secrecy been given a higher priority than prevention and treatment." But then, gay activists do not have children.

Another dramatic case of the gay mafia's ability to skew the news came following the 1998 murder of Matthew Shepard, in Laramie, Wyoming. Posing as gays, Aaron J. McKinney and Russell Henderson lured Shepard away from a bar, robbed and pistol-whipped him, and tied him to a fence. Shepard was found alive, but died five days later. Henderson and McKinney are serving life sentences.

As William McGowan points out in Coloring the News: How Crusading for Diversity Has Corrupted American Journalism (which the New York Times refused to review), no less than 3,007 stories on the Shepard case were published in the first MONTH after the murder. Across America, pro-gay and gay reporters, and gay activists seized upon the case as typical of rampant "homophobia," exploiting it to win political privileges for homosexuals, including "hate crime" legislation giving gay crime victims special status.

In 1999, a young boy was heinously murdered, but since the crime was carried out by homosexual pedophiles, most Americans never heard about it. Don Carpenter and Joshua Macabe Brown lured 13-year-old neighbor Jesse Dirkhising into their apartment in Rogers, Arkansas, where they tied up, gagged, and drugged him. As Allyson Smith reported in World Net Daily, for five hours, Brown anally raped the boy with sausages and cucumbers, "three fingers, his penis, a frozen banana, and a urine enema laced with the sedative drug amitryptiline while Carpenter watched, masturbating ..."

Leaving their victim face down, the men took breaks to eat, shop for more rape implements, and nap, while he slowly succumbed. According to Medical Examiner Dr. Stephen Erickson, young Jesse died of "suffocation, positional asphyxiation and acute amitryptiline intoxication."

As William McGowan reports, in the month after Jesse Dirkhising's murder, only 46 stories were devoted to his fate. "The New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, CNN, ABC, CBS and NBC ignored the story altogether and continued to do so through the March 2001 trial of one of the murderers, which resulted in a conviction. (The other assailant later pled guilty.)" Dirkhising's murderers are now fighting their convictions.

Ultimately, the gay mafia does allow for one last preserve of "privacy": Keeping important but unflattering stories about homosexuals very, very private.
