Seriously, what kind of PhD thinking is this? Oops, I've killed my mail order bride in a drunken rage. Should I call a lawyer and maybe cook up some plausible self-defense story? Ah hell nah! Better to dump her body along the freeway where some hiker can stumble upon it, then flee to another part of the same state, where the cops will easily locate me because I left tons of forensic evidence behind in my home. Something tells me the juries in Monterey are not quite as stupid as the OJ jury.
