A very close friend of mine is an attorney...he was voted "number 1" attorney in his county... twice! He and I have had many conversations concerning law and defamation and personal injury. If you plan on suing someone for defamation...you better be squeaky clean..."discovery" is a real bitch...depositions get ugly, "public record" can become an embarrassment. I can't imagine Bear suing to many people for defamation...unless it's for the most outrageous kind of slander...his past is pretty shocking, what with the wacky phone calls to women and crank calling people's places of employment, and a host of other deviant behavior...he would be screwed,glued and tattooed so fast it would make your head spin... He probably looks back and wishes he were "squeaky clean"...them's the breaks...LOL!
