Their address in Westminster, CA is a UPS Store. Their phone number tracks back to a cellphone. The California BPPE does not list American Global University among its approved schools. The California Secretary of State shows "American Global University" as "suspended," and "American Global University, Inc." also as "suspended." The Wyoming Secretary of State shows "American Global University Inc." [no comma] as "Inactive--Revoked (Tax)," and "American Global University, Inc." [with comma] as "Inactive--Administratively Dissolved (Tax)."
So based on that information I believe it would be fair to say they are more the latter than the former. I suspect they cater largely to overseas clientele who aren't aware of the potential significance of these details.
