His boss doesn't have a PhD, came from the operations side of the house and has the same pay grade he has, all of which apparently makes her inept, inferior and "not an expert"--in his eyes. So.....he puts it out on the internet where everyone in the world can read it. Well let's just hope that nobody directs it to the Boss Lady's attention, or somebody might need to start tuning up that "expert" resume. Not practical enough? Where would she get such an idea???

Reminds me of my boss where I served a six year mechanical engineering apprenticeship in the UK, except that no one every criticised him; because he was a fountain of engineering knowledge - even though he had no qualifications of any sort and left school when he was 14!
He had vast practical experience and his knowledge of on all matters relating to mechanical engineering, including mathematics, science and design was incredible. As was his understanding of human behaviour – and he never said a rude word about anyone!
Before heading to New Zealand I ended being well qualified in the engineering field, but that did not change my respect for ‘the boss’ and I continued to hold him in awe.
In fact he was the most highly respected person in the business - and outside it - and for many years he continued to be ‘my mentor’ via correspondence.
Whilst in the distance learning arena in New Zealand (nearly 24-years) I worked with many of the country’s highest qualified people, but found that very few of them had the nuance, or the high degree of intelligence, displayed by ‘the boss’ in the UK.
So, whilst qualifications may seem important they are really insignificant in comparison to a person’s ability to make a useful contribution to work, and/or to society.
