Now let me see a school pays low wages, hires unqualified people, and then tries to run away when those people start slipping degrees out the side door, changing transcripts, altering grades and it hardly matters which of the crooks pushes them through the opening, only that someone does. Because when they do they all are at blame the man who did the selling and the man who hired him, and failed to do proper followup.
AS we have proved. Accredited schools are pumping out substandard degrees by the thousands, and even milling them. And that is only what we know about. One can imagine the boneheads like Douglas running around purporting to have actual college degree skills when they have done in months what should have taken years.
It's a sad thing that Hoglicker refuses to accept his shame for obviously being involved with these very substandard RA schools, but he is in denial. He has degrees from schools that a Harvard grad wouldn't bother to puke on.
